The Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts program has a comprehensive curriculum that includes principles of food service production, food service sanitation, nutrition, stock and sauces, American regional cuisine, dining room management, introduction to baking & pastry, storeroom operations, meat cutting, international cuisine, and French cuisine.
The Associate of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts provides instruction in the art and science of the baking profession. Students in this program will use a variety of tools and equipment to produce items such as quick breads, yeast breads, cakes, frozen desserts, centerpieces, candies, cookies and various pastries.
Keiser University's Center for Culinary Arts graduates have gone on to work at some of the nation's finest restaurants and have cooked for celebrities and famous politicians.
